- Our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted with exceptional craftsmanship, using brass dipped in gold-plated and adorned with semi-precious stones, while others are made of sterling silver 925
Most of our designs feature semiprecious stones and Natural Mother of Pearl.
•Avoid exposure to water, perfume, heat, and direct sunlight.
•Store each piece in its designated pouch, separate from other jewelry.
•Handle with care, as stones can break or scratch.
•We offer maintenance services for up to 2 years—feel free to contact us for assistance and well help you find a solution (this excludes lost items or damage caused by misuse).
•Repolishing service is offered for a fee.
•Please allow us 10 days for repolishing or maintenance
•Delivery fees for services are not included, domestically or internationally.
Yes, we can add an extension to your necklace for a small fee. Please note that some designs, like chokers, may not be adjustable. Email us at info@lailawahba.com to request an extension.

shipping and returns
Egypt Orders:
Normal Orders (Cairo and Alexandria):2-6 working days
Express Orders (Cairo and Alexandria): 2 working days
Orders to Other Governorates:7-10 working days
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping with rates varying by zone. Shipping costs are calculated after you add items to your cart and enter your address. Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification and tracking number. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs and shipping locations. Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the recipient's responsibility and determined by your country's customs office.
if you're ordering from outside of Egypt , you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees based on your location. Please check your country's regulations before ordering, as you will be responsible for these charges. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any duties or taxes paid upon delivery.
-If you wish To cancel or modify your order within 24 hours, if it hasn't been processed, please reply to your confirmation email or contact us at info@lailawahba.com. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days, excluding transaction fees and taxes.
We only allow exchange not refunds We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we gladly accept exchanges of unworn, undamaged, or defective full-price items within 7 days of receipt. Please send us a request for exchange on info@lailawahba.com. please give us time to do the exchange as we need to prepare it. exchange will include a copy of your order delivery email, and return items in their original pouch and box. Returns will be approved after inspection. Note that we cannot exchange shipping charges for returns or exchanges, and special orders are not eligible for exchange.
